Best time to go to Bora Bora

Hi,
We're planning our wedding anniversary (15 yrs) for next year (2017). Our anniversary is on February 23rd but I've read that it's the wet season. We're are trying to plan for the best time to visit Bora Bora. What's the best time to travel on a budget and best weather?
