Hello,
I was wondering what is meant by 'shoulder season'?
I have leave for next year in April - May and want to know what the weather is like please?
Does it get very humid?
Thank you,
Amy
Hi Amy,
Shoulder season is used to describe the time before peak season. It is a quieter time before the busy winter months.
You can read more about the seasons in Bora Bora on our weather pages.
April and May are a good time to go. May has the lowest rainfall on average for the year. This is one of the least humid times of the year. But it is the tropics, so it will still be humid.
